Having completed my first Ironman last year I am currently I am currently focusing on setting personal bests in the following areas.
Under 40 Minutes for the 10km
Under 1hr 30 mins for a Half Marathon
Under 3hrs 30 mins for a Full Marathon
Looking to do my first 10km of the year in early May!

i’ll be in richmond park sat morning from about 7am for a 3hr, ride/30min brick if your keen.
probably cruise around 18mph,
