Green Fitness is a natural and Holistic Approach to Fitness that embodies Movement, Nutrition and the Environment

 

Movement

Green Fitness incorporates exercises that are either using Body weight or simple and easy to use resistance objects that can be carried to parks beaches or any natural environment. Hi Tech machines are the very antithesis of Green Fitness. Movement should be easy effective and fun and expressed in any environment you wish, rather than restricted to a single place e.g A gym.

 

Nutrition

Green Fitness promotes a nutritional approach that is FREE from artificial flavorings and additives that you will find in many so called “health Foods” Green fitness endorses a nutrient rich and balanced diet from a variety of foods sources ideally in harmony with the seasons of your local environment. Supplements and sports drinks must contain natural increments only. 

 

Environment

Green Fitness is carried out within woodland, parks, mountains, beach or within earshot/sight of running water (rivers, streams etc) running water. where there is nature there is green fitness.
