Eat Yourself Thin Secret No 1 – Drink Enough Water!

Managing to drink 8 glasses of water every day, will curb so many of your cravings and food binges that you need never look at a diet ever again! The differences it makes to your cravings for sweet foods and appetite guarantee this, so why doesn’t everyone do this?

The problem is that most people THINK they drink enough water, yet in actual fact they DON’T. And if they do start to drink more water they do not do it consistently enough for it to make a real difference.

Eating Protein with every meal can strip fat faster than any diet pill. Protein is one of the best ways to prevent weight gain because it slows down the release of sugar into the blood stream, which many experts have linked with fat gain.

By eating protein with every meal, not only will you feel full faster but you will also prevent those hunger pangs that can lead to cravings after a meal high in carbohydrates.

Never eat fruit alone! You can drastically reduce the chances of weight gain from many sugary foods by mixing them with nuts and yoghurt.

Eat Yourself Thin Secret No 3 – Eat Enough Vegetables

Vegetables NOT FRUIT are the answer to your weight loss. After water the next most important element in eating yourself thin is to eat enough vegetables. Vegetables are high in fibre (so they fill you up, and low in calories – so they keep you thin – and EASY for your body to absorb – so you don’t get dips in energy (like you do with toast!)

Simply try the “Vegetable 1-2-3” (potatoes do not count!). You simply have 1 Vegetable for before lunch, 2 vegetables for Lunch and 3 for Supper.

Secret No 4 – Eat Five Small Meals A Day

This may be due to the energy required to digest the food or down to the fact that the body is less likley to store excess food if it is consumed in smaller quantities, but what ever the reason it works!

Secret No 5 – Eat larger meals EARLIER in the Day – Lots – Less – Little

The simple trick of consuming the majority of your calories before 3pm can make a huge difference to your weight loss goals. A decent breakfast, modest lunch (with snacks either side) and then light supper is the perfect way to eat yourself thin.
