The good thing about working out with an experienced trainer is that you can guarantee that every session will be EFFECTIVE and goal orientated. However, EFFECTIVE exercise sessions really are only PART of the solution towards a fitter, leaner and more energised you.

Whilst you may feel better after the session, many of you don’t feel quite so “Super Fit” the day after when you are hobbling around like John Wayne!
